Build Certain Consulting provides independent construction consulting to help homeowners better understand contractor proposals and make informed decisions.

Our reviews are based solely on the information provided by the homeowner and our professional evaluation of the submitted documents. We do not perform construction work, engineering, architectural design, legal services, or home inspections, and we do not guarantee contractor pricing, workmanship, schedules, or project outcomes.

We believe objective advice starts with independence. We do not accept referral fees, commissions, kickbacks, or any form of compensation from contractors, suppliers, or other third parties. Our recommendations are made solely in the best interest of our clients.

To help maintain an unbiased review, we intentionally do not ask for your project budget during the Quote Review Analysis. Our goal is to evaluate each proposal based on its completeness, scope, pricing, and overall value—not against a predetermined budget. This helps ensure our observations remain objective and focused on the quality of the proposals submitted.
